Hi Zara,

Lan connection is as good as anything else. Please restart Bluestacks ad try again. Instagram works flawlessly. Try logging out of your Instagram account and then login again.

Hi Ariel,

Try running Bluestacks setup as an administrator. Right click on it and select “run as administrator”. Hopefully that will help.

I still cannot get blue stacks to download i get an error message that reads “Error 1921. Service ‘BlueStacks Android Service’ (BstHdAndroidSvc) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services

i cannot play instagram in bluestack it says: couldn’t refresh feed… :( i have internet connnection but a lan connection not a wifi

Where did you download it from? It should not be asking for password.

its asking for the password whenever i unzip the android sdk bundle

It seems the problem is with the OS. I hate to say this but if you reinstall it, that would be the easiest fix.

Hi Prasahant,

What you need to do is reinstall WhatsApp and get your account activated again. Then make sure you have internet connection and you will have it working fine.
